I had a fantastic experience with Thompson and Smith. I had been struggling to find a car and had visited a number of dealerships where cars were presented poorly, in one case with damage inside and out that was not on the photo displayed on the website. A work colleague recommended Thompson and Smith and I am so glad she did. I saw Tom who was friendly and put me at ease immediately. He left me to look at all the vehicles on display and to test drive a Corsa. I have no doubt he would have let me drive all of them if I had wanted to! He was very honest and fair, not at all pushy and when I didn't see a car I wanted to buy on the day, contacted me later with details of the fab car that I bought. The car was beautifully clean and a small damage to the wing mirror was put right. Tom also taxed the car for me and set up my phone when I collected it. Overall a very positive experience and I will definitely recommend to others Thank you Tom :0)

James was a perfect salesman, knowledgeable and informative and I would recommend him to anyone. The showroom and grounds were clean, tidy and inviting but you didn't feel as though you shouldn't be there. The purchase and collection went smoothly. Would highly recommend.
