I was pleased with Thompson and Smith Ltd and would recommend them because the salesman i met was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite without being pushy. Everything was made smooth and easy to do, good communication, i would definitely recommend this company.
The experience at Thompson and Smith Ltd was good because after travelling nearly 2 hours to visit dealer we were offered a "take as long as you like" test drive, which highlighted a couple of very minor issues on the vehicle. Back at the dealership I was told the issues would be rectified, the car fully serviced and ready for collection in a week. Returned to collect car and process was swift, friendly and efficient. I was trying to buy another car at the same time, from a main dealer, and the process was so poor I walked away... Thompson and Smith could not have been more different!
